Exchange Policy:

If an item is out-of-stock, you have the option to exchange it for any other available item or receive a refund (subject to the conditions of the refund policy below). For exchanges to items of lower value, no refund will be issued for the price difference. For exchanges to items of higher value, you will need to cover the additional cost. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Return Policy:

Our return policy applies to regular priced items and is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted beyond this period. Returns are accepted only for defective items or those significantly different from their product descriptions. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Certain items, such as innerwear, baby products, teethers, and consumables, are excluded from our return policy due to hygiene reasons. Clearance items are sold as-is and are non-refundable. Blind pack items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Items damaged due to wear and tear are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, without exceptions.

Refund Policy:

A refund will only be issued if the returned item is out-of-stock. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Alternatively, if your item is out-of-stock, you can opt to wait for the next shipment or receive a partial refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable. All exchanges or refunds must be processed through Toysii support. Toysii reserves the right to refuse exchanges or refunds that do not meet the specified requirements. In the event of a dispute, Toysii's decision will be final.
